The 2010 AORN Congress in Denver was my second congress and I was even more in awe of this event than I was last year in Chicago. I am hooked! I can’t wait until next year. The keynote speakers were all great and the debate that went on in the House of Delegates around the topic of one member one vote was full of passion on both sides of the debate. The compromise that was voted into our bylaws was well thought out and I believe met the needs of both sides of the issue. Denver is a great city to host this event, everything you could possibly need was within walking distance. The evening events were fun and a great way to network with colleagues. I have met so many great nurses and I hope I see them all next year.
